Tape backups are inexpensive and provide lots of storage for cheap.
No Zip drives – they are pretty much obsolete.
Not sure what folder redirection is.
You could also install a backup program such as memeo on each pc and have the data automatically backed up on a SAN.
Remote assistance definitely, it cuts down on tons of time.
