I have two servers. One running Win2003 Serv. & One running Win2000 Server. I need the entire files to be replicated. thx

You will need approximately the same amount of memory in files you have to store your back-up.
So, if you have 50Gb of files, you will need about that much for your back-up. You can reduce this by compressing files prior to the back-up, or compressing the back-up itself.
