Not at all! First they don’t give you any office software, no speakers, and no monitor. They give you some cheap keyboard, mouse and a printer. This print should be thrown in the trash as it will cost you big bucks in ink. Security software is a nightmare and eats up your systems resources not to mention it’s only a 15 month trail and then it will forever bother you to upgrade and pay for it. AVG and AVAST are 1,000 times better and free as well. The service and support you are buying is this (in very poor english) “It may be a virus, run the anti-virus. If that does not work call us back and we can run you through a hard drive format and OS reinstall”. The online storage and usb flash drive back up are a combined 10GB…your HDD is 750GB’s, this is also filler to make it sound like you are getting a lot. They will also bug you to buy more back up space all the time and this also expires in one year. I would hope the HDD doesn’t fail in a year! Adobe is filler as it is also free for anyone to download. You are buying a computer jam packed with useless programs that will slow it down right out of the box and forever bother you to purchase them and warn you they are expired. Very tough to get rid of them. Also they will soldier the CPU in place and give you archaic bios which will guarantee that you can’t upgrade individual parts like the GPU which by the way is nearly outdated already. They do this to put you back in the market for a new computer in a few short years. I would tell you to go to a custom computer shop and have them build you this rig. It will be way faster and no junk on it. Plus they give you real customer support. They won’t tell you to erase your data every time you have a simple problem. And the hardware in the computer will be upgradable! If you want to buy a Dell they make good laptops for now. Until the IONITX motherboards hit stores and can be built at home.
